How-To Order New Hardware or Software

This document provide the steps how-to order new hardware for laptop/desktop or software for Office 365.

 

eSudo's Customer Portal

1. Click here https://www.esudo.com, select Customer Portal link

2. Enter your email address and select NEXT.

NOTE: This is usually your company email address or the one you have requested.

3. Select eSudo Client Portal 

5. Select Sign using email token and check your email for the one-time Token

Look for an email similar to this in your Inbox or Junk Folder:

Your One-Time Token and Click LOGIN NOW to connect

6.  Email the token code and Sign In

NOTE: The first time you log on, there is a pop-up video you can watch and provide how to use our customer portal. Watch it to save you time and keep track of your tickets.

7.  After you log on, you be on the Dashboard of the eSudo's Customer Portal

A. Click Create a New Ticket

 

B. Click on the request type: 

  • New Computer Purchase  - to request a quote for new laptop or desktop or
  • Office 365 to request Software License or 
  • Select "Something Else" if it is not listed.

 

 

C. Fill the Summary and Type of Subscriptions you need

For example, this is the form for Microsoft 365 Licenses:

 

D. Click SUBMIT and we will review the information, then provide the quote or process the order if you have an existing agreement with us.
