Welcoming a new team member is an exciting time. The Employee New New Hire process is meant to take the stress off you and your team, as well as the new employee.
We want to get the computer accounts set up and hardware configured for your new hire correctly.

To do this correctly, we need your help, and here are some basic steps to do this in 7-14 minutes.
Filling out the Employee New Hire Form is Quick and will save you time by providing us the information we need to properly complete your request.
1. Go to https://portal.esudo.com
2. Enter your email address and select NEXT
3. Select eSudo Client Portal
5. Select Sign using email token and check your email for the one-time Token
Look for an email similar to this in your Inbox or Junk Folder:
6. Email the token code and Sign In
NOTE: The first time you log on, there is a pop-up video you can watch and provide how to use our customer portal. Watch it to save you time and keep track of your tickets.
7. Click Contact Support > Employee New Hire
8. The form is simple to fill out and if you are not sure, do your best to fill it out and will contact you to confirm.
